Principal's Message

I am excited for the 2024-2025 school year to work with the families, staff and community at Beaver Local. I am committed to the expectations of Beaver Local and look forward to being a part of a collaborative and creative learning experience. All students have diverse talents and here at Beaver Local, we will provide opportunities for each student to reach their full potential.

The previous few school years brought many changes to education. When faced with these challenges, we rose to the occasion to make the best of difficult times. At Beaver Local we have capitalized on the opportunity to improve that came from our observations during altered school years. This school year will present its own challenges. We are focused on the positive and making it the best it can be!

The students of Beaver Local Middle School have the opportunity to be involved in many great activities beyond the typical school day from the arts, athletics, STEM and so much more. We encourage all students to join in whenever possible to represent their school and create positive experiences that will benefit them for many years to come.

Optimism is a powerful tool which allows us to look at school on a daily basis in a positive light.  Although we will encounter obstacles, they are speed bumps on our journey to success. We want all stakeholders to know their impact is felt daily and the smallest gesture or action can alter the course of someone's day.

We are blessed to have so many great teachers at BLMS. The students bring an energy that ensures that we strive on a daily basis that everyone is learning AND having fun.
